first we had each other. then we had you. now we have everything. 

I can’t stop looking at these sweet identical twin newborn brothers. When I was coordinating our session details with their loving mama, she emphasized wanting to make sure they were always connected in the imagery. And that’s always a given for me, but I really LOVED that she prioritized that as a ‘must’. Because it’s always a ‘MUST’ for me too! She and her husband are the kindest couple, and they are doing an AH-mazing job with these two boys.

Typically whenever I do a newborn in-home lifestyle session, I prioritize the babies- so if they’re sleeping, I’ll start with their individual portraits. Or if they’re still stirring and need to eat, I’ll work on detail shots or we swaddle them up so mom and dad can snuggle them and we do family images first. Point is, I’m a flexible photographer because babies and children demand that we be just that. As mother of two, my own children have taught me be ultra patient and I really pride myself in putting the same level of care and detail during the session and the editing time post-session. 

I’m so happy for these parents and their darling, healthy little guys. Hope you enjoy looking at these sweet early memories of this new family. XO
