‘Tis the season for a holiday makeup-pick-me-ups!

Here are a few of mini’s favorite things, and holiday tips to keep you looking AND feeling your prettiest this season:

Hydration

It’s extra important during the winter months to focus on hydration for your skin and lips. The dry and cold air tends to suck up the natural moisture we feel the rest of the year! Add moisturizing products to your makeup routine to keep your makeup looking flawless…not flakey!

Nails

Keep your holiday mani lasting longer by applying a hydrating oil twice a day. I keep one at my desk during the day to apply when my hands and cuticles feel dry and cracked. I also keep one on my nightstand to apply every night before bed!

Lashes

It’s party season, so add some additional glam for your holiday party or NYE night out with some falsies! If you’re new to the lash scene, start simple with a natural lash to add volume and then graduate to a more dramatic look with lengthy wings!

Lip Color

Don’t be shy — you look amazing in color!!! Add a pop of bright lip color to highlight your party outfit, or flaunt a natural face with a BOLD lip!

  • Mini’s Lip Color FAVES
  • Jenny’s Lip Color FAVE
    • LUNE + ASTER, BLUEMERCURY.COM – I swear, this stuff is NOT STICKY!!!! That’s my biggest lipgloss pet peeve. It feels smooth, moisturizes (after all, after consuming coffee + wine all day, one’s lip can start to look dehydrated after a while…), and has great pigment! Con: It DOES transfer to baby’s cheeks when you kiss them all day long. Oh well. You can’t win it all!

Gift Sets

During the holidays there great gift sets available that allow you to try a variety of products.

Be sure to put these on your Christmas list. 🙂
